'SYNTHIENT' is the new collaborative alias for all songs composed and produced by Kayley Phelan (Kbob - a generational talent in electronic music who already produces and composes music at an insanely high level despite being just 17) and Aran Sheehy.
These two Irish electronic artists are bound in their love for all things IDM and leftfield electronica, drawing heavy inspiration from 90's Warp Records legends such as Squarepusher, Aphex Twin, and Boards of Canada.

SYNTHIENT released their debut single 'B1-66ER' on November 15th 2024, showcasing the wide arsenal of skills and experience available at the disposal of both Kayley and Aran. The pair intend to use this alias to push the boundaries of electronic music, and are currently busy in studio working on their debut album which is set for release in 2025.
